- 1-2 fresh mango(s)
Other than that there are few mango lassi spices that include a pinch of cardamom, and sometimes 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Rosewater can also be added. It will take you around 10 minutes to make it and will serve 2 people approximately.
For the garnishing, we may need saffron threads, ground cardamom, and chopped pistachios. But these are optional. You can skip these items if you wish to.

Here is a step by step guide for you to make mango lassi drink at home:
- In a large bowl add the mango pulp that you have taken out from the mangos. For making the pulp scrap out all the juicy flesh of your mangos and run them once in the grinder. You will get a thick pulp of the mangoes.
- In the same bowl add yogurt. Plain white yogurt will do the job best.
- Then add cold milk to the mixture. This is done to thin out the lassi. And at the same time add sugar (if needed) and cardamom powder.
- Then blend everything finely. Ensure there are no lumps and your lassi is fine and smooth.
- Then pour the lassi into a glass and garnish that with saffron, pistachios, and cardamom.
- Your mango lassi drink is ready to serve.
