Now with your hand hold your right foot and place your foot’s sole over the inner thigh of your left leg. Once you attain that join your palms in the preposition of pranam and look forward and breathe normally.
This is a slightly hard yoga pose for kids but is very effective. Start by lying down with your stomach facing the ground and your legs kept unstretched. At the elbow point, bend your arms and place your palms right beside your chest on both the sides. Lift the upper portion of the body off the floor. Now lying on the flow, gently raise your head and trunk with the sole support of your palms. Ensure to bend your arms at the elbow. Now arch your neck backward slightly.
This is a standing yoga pose for kids. To do this pose, start by sitting on the floor with your leg stretched out forward. Now move both your feet backward and lift up your hip, then straighten your elbow and knees and create an inverted “V” shape. Now keep your shoulders hands spread apart and ensure that your fingers point ahead. Now put some pressure on your palm and open your shoulder blades wide. Pull your heels from the floor and keep that position for a few minutes.
